REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE and SHIPPING POLICIES.

REFUND, RETURN  and EXCHANGE POLICY:

Ya’ohHeals refund, returns, and exchange policy lasts 14 days after receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, I cannot offer you a full refund or partial refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products that have been used cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

The following products are exempt from being returned. ALL custom orders (unless the error is on YA’OH Heals) any item that is perishable. 

To start a return you will need your order number as well as the original unopened and unused item.

Please do not send your purchase back without getting approval for a return. I am NOT responsible if you send your order back without approval.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to YA’OH Heals’ error.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item(s).

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days provided all return requirements have been met, if you’d like store credit make sure to request that during the return process.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:

 Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges:

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item within 14 days, send me an email at yaohheals@gmail.com 

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given in your approval email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless it is the error of YA’OH Heals. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply to orders that received Free Shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more than one item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I do not guarantee that I will receive your returned item. I try my  best to make sure that all my customers are happy, but I cannot control the postal service delivery times, processing times, etc.

Shipping

All orders over $50 will receive FREE shipping (this does not apply to international shipping at the moment). All orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days. If you place your order on Friday it will not be shipped out until Monday or Tuesday. No orders will be shipped on Saturday due to observance of the Shabath.
